The cozy kitchen comes equipped with ample countertop and cabinet storage and an eat-in bar. The stunning living space features rustic wood-paneled walls, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a stone fireplace as the centerpiece. The split floor plan features the primary bedroom and en suite bathroom off the kitchen, with large airy windows, ceiling fan, and a walk-in shower in the full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are off the living space, one with a charming mountain mural and the other with warm wood paneling. The shared bathroom features a shower/tub combo, fun wallpaper, and tile surround.
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Skybest fiber optic is available for internet/cable. Heat is electric baseboard and propane gas logs, no AC. This property is not pet friendly. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application. Due to an owner allergy, no cats are permitted. The washer and dryer are located in the basement which is accessed from the outside. Occupancy limit of 4 individuals.
