This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or traveling professional.
The lease options are:
-Month to month contract with a 3 month minimum stay: $1600 per month for a single person or couple & additional $100 for a third person/ month, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $800.
Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit.
-Weekly lease: $405.00 per week for one person/ couple or $440.00 per week for 3 people- 4 week minimum stay, first 4 weeks paid up front, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the $700 deposit.
Weekly Pet Fee $12 per pet and a $200 pet deposit.
-Additional $175 for an additional person per month.
There is no unfurnished option. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
All leases and payments are made through Innago- there is a $2 fee per transaction.
