Close to a Starbucks right behind our house, restaurants, shops, and easy access to Hwy 60 and only a 10 minute drive to Eastvale/Chino. I am looking for a responsible, clean and calm person to rent a rear/back house. The back house is 540 square feet. Not looking for couples or families, or smokers. This is a one-person home, with ONE bedroom, walk-in closet, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry section with washer/dryer, refrigerator, and stove are included in the unit. Utilities included are water, trash and gas and electrical. Heater and air conditioner are installed in the unit, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances, counter tops, hardwood floors and white wood cabinets. The living room is a good size and is shared with the kitchen area. The bedroom is very spacious and can comfortably fit a queen size bed and is attached with a walk-in closet. The bathroom is a great size with a standard shower. Parking is in the street area and the street is in a cul-de-sac. No overnight guests unless agreed prior to visit, but never for more than one day. Rent $2200/month.
