Pets negotiable @ $25/mo. per pet. Vet records required. If it is a dog, we must meet the dog.
Off-street parking for 1 car.
Included: cold water, sewer, lawn care, snow plowing, trash/recycling, wifi.
Resident is responsible for: electric (Burlington Electric), gas (VT gas), and cable (if desired)
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
Lease will end May 26, 2024.
