UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and patio/deck, lawn care, as well as costs associated with the alarm system if the Resident chooses to use it. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Wasatch County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Known for its unbeatable access to ski resorts, Nordic ski tracks, and hiking trails, Thaynes is a historic and quiet neighborhood dense with trees and is only a five minutes drive to historic Old Town and Main Street.
