The rental is an upstairs private bedroom and bathroom in an occupied home with a shared entry and is rented FURNISHED.
The rent is $1250 monthly, and the room is available now. Lease duration: 6 months
Newly remodeled (2022) private upstairs converted enclosed loft with a locked door for entry - so it is VERY private. There is one larger area with a queen-sized bed and a smaller, partially walled-off portion set up as a small office and sitting room with a TV. There is a private bath with a waterfall shower and a HUGE walk-in closet. While the rental does include laundry and kitchen privileges on the main floor, there is a mini- fridge and microwave upstairs for the tenants convenience. The only other person in the house is the property owner, a female professional who works 40+ hours weekly.
*Renter will be responsible for 1/3 of gas, water, and electric bill.
YOU:
1. Age 45 or older - THIS IS AN AGE-RESTRICTED COMMUNITY.
2. No couples or families.
3. Minimum 650 credit score
4. Proof of monthly income 3x the monthly rent (or a prepayment in full of all months of the terms of the lease plus the deposits will be accepted.)

The community is exceptionally secure - access is only allowed through a 24/7 manned guardhouse.
