Okay so bear with me- two things come to mind whenever we have a spot available on Maury… FIRST, Maury Povitch, the father of ‘you are not the father’. And SECOND, a short story I think we read in high school, called “Tuesday’s with Morrie” (?) I always get it mixed up with Flowers for Algernon, and have no idea why. Maybe they were just chronologically read in my English lit class one after another or something? Maybe something traumatic happened during those lessons? Regardless, this first-floor, 1BR apartment has absolutely nothing to do with my high school English class, but thanks for stickin’ with me there.
Stained glass! Breakfast bar! Comprehensive kitchen setup w/ gas range, dishwasher, microwave! All white bathroom with a lil extra storage. Serene bedroom with a bonus space! Street parking. w/d hookups in the basement.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
