Really? Of all the photos you could’ve selected to show this unit off, you chose the bathroom?? Really?? You’ve got beautiful hardwoods throughout the rest of the space but you chose the bathroom pic? Sure, it’s a solid bathroom setup, with a cutie lil window decal for privacy- but really- you’re not gonna feature the open living/dining spaces with that lil breakfast bar cutout? Really? Really not gonna show off that adorably suited kitchen? Even though it’s got it all: sunlight, microwave, dishwasher, gas range, that lil breakfast bar cut out, and again- the sunlight! Really. Can’t believe you BREEZED past even mentioning the front balcony? And you’re rEaLLy gonna ping pong right back to the bonus space off the bedroom?? Wow. This is nearly unbelievable! No DNA test needed to prove you are the parent of this apartment.

Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed.
