Palisade Park is a 36-unit rental housing community. A total of twenty 2-bedroom, thirteen 3-bedroom and two 4-bedroom units are built to meet the needs of family households. A minimum of three units will be fully handicapped accessible, and four units will be set-aside for use as transitional housing for families who are victims of domestic violence.
This affordable housing community includes several amenities such as areas available for recreation, with tot lots and playground equipment, 1.5 to 2 parking spaces per unit, a community laundry facility, on-site leasing office. Accepts Section 8.
