1 furnished private bedroom available in a 1.5 bath single house. The house was built in total stone. bedroom have nice sized closet. Newer air conditioner ,newer water&- heater, Tenants can share the washer , dryer, kitchen, bathroom, living spaces and yards. Bedrooms are private, have locking doors .

$480/month for all rent and utilities (heat/gas, electric, water and internet). Also, $150 security deposit for the first month , we’ll return back to you if there’s no damage when you leave.

Its about 10 minutes to downtown Indy .Public transportation via bus service is nearby. Free street parking .

Amenities:

Washer/dryer in basement , Gas-forced central A/C, kitchen appliances, you can cook anything because it has a real vent and chimney. the house has a security system.

Please keep the rooms clean. Especially clean the kitchen after cook. Its very important not to take stranger home without permission . Also, we cant make huge voice, or neighbor will call police. Please wear clean slippers inside . No dirty shoes on the carpet. Lock your bedroom when you go out . Dont leave valuables in bedroom. Be nice and polite to anyone else in the house. No anything against law and moral is allowed. Please call me if you have any problems. I love every one that share my houses. Thanks!
