Payment Requirements: The last months rent is due upon the signing of the lease agreement, as well as first months rent.
Pets: Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet prior to move-in. Breed restrictions apply.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Compliance with HOA Rules: Tenants are required to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Should tenants desire a copy of the HOA guidelines prior to signing, it can be provided upon request.
