Bedroom #1 has an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full hall bath with a shower.
A closet in the hallway holds a stacking washer and dryer, included in the rental.
Fully fenced, landscaped yard with beautiful back patio perfect for al fresco dining.
Landscape maintenance and sewer will be paid by the Homeowner.
Tenants care for all other utilities.

1 car garage. (One half of the two-car garage is used for long-term storage by the Homeowner. Disclosure: they may need to access this space on occasion and will do so with adequate notice to the tenant.
