THE BEDROOMS
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there’s no need to even bring a pillow. There are four bedrooms with a choice of private or shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.
* Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
* Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.
THE KITCHENS/DINING ROOM
The kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking on your own or with a group, as well as updated appliances and a spacious fridge. There is also a large dining table that can be used for eating, socializing or working. The kitchen is the center of social life at the house, playing host to potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine.
* Amenities include a gas stove, stainless-steel fridge, microwave, large sinks, a coffee maker, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
* Also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, olive oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
* Security: 24/7 security in all common areas.
THE CO-WORKING SPACE
The large kitchen serves as the principal common area for the SoMa House. This open-plan room features a large dining table with ample room for co-working, and you can also use desk space throughout the house and within the bedrooms for your remote working needs.
THE BATHROOMS
We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are three bathrooms in the SoMa House, more than enough for the four bedrooms in this apartment, so you’ll never have to wait.
* Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers.
