The home is equipped with in-unit laundry as well as central A/C and heating and beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

The location is great! Its on a quiet one-way street right (with plenty of on-street parking) across from the Nathan Tufts/Powder House park, you can easily walk to both Davis Sq (7 minutes), Ball Sq (5 minutes) and the Tufts campus. That means easy access to both the red line, green line, and a number of convenient bus lines.

This is an owner-occupied house. We will be living upstairs on the 2nd/3rd floor of the home. We have a dog and a cat and 2 young children (under 3). Because of this, we can’t allow parties or loud noise late at night. A cat can be allowed in the unit upon review. There is no broker fee, just last month’s rent and security deposit upon signature.
