Extra cars must park by clubhouse with prior notice.
Please do not fry any food or cook with strong spices like curry. Apply spray sunscreen outside and do not sit on furnishing with sunscreen on, especially sheets, since it stains everything. Please take garbage out regularly in dumpster located left on main street. Prior to vacating, please ensure all garbage is out, dishes are clean, sheets and towels are washed. REMEMBER to return parking pass and fob or there is a $55 replacement cost for each item. Pet fee link will be sent separately.
