Description

Live in one of the oldest properties in Denver. This historic original 1800's general store underwent a full renovation. Originally the "stock room" of the general store above, this garden level flat has been brought up to today's standards with an amazing chef's kitchen including white quartz countertops, a marble backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the flat and a dedicated patio to accommodate your grill! On street parking. Internet is part of fees below; you can bring your own as well.

Non-smoking unit. PET INFORMATION: Cats OK, sorry no dogs size or age.

UTILITIES and FEES: Resident pays gas and electric. Unit has a high efficiency furnace. Water and Sewer and Internet charge of $39 per month. You are able to bring your own Internet as well (no credit). Common Area Maintenance Fee of $35 per month. Trash $13 /mo.

LOCATION: Walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops on Broadway and become part of this vibrant community surrounded by the art district on SanteFe to the West, and the nightlife of Broadway to the East. This property is truly part of Denver's early history when many "False Front" buildings were erected to create the illusion of a more substantially developed commercial city. You'll find some of these buildings remaining in old ghost towns in Colorado but few if any left in Denver. Most were torn down as Denver grew. Somehow this one remained standing in a little niche of Baker.
