Beautiful new huge patio, gorgeous green, shaded backyard with fruit trees, and flowering perennials. This house provides a true taste of the Palisade lifestyle, ten minute walk to everything, 1 block from pool and courts, quiet neighbors, and a very livable floor plan.We are hoping to have new renters installed for July with a one year lease. You set up auto payment on rent--and, also stay for years because once you are in--we will want to keep you and we wont be raising the rent. This is a happy old house, new siding, roof, good plumbing, original, refinished, wood floors, fresh paint. Nothing fancy but everything cozy and serviceable. Hall bathroom has a huge shower--bathroom, off the master has a walk in closet and a tub with reading lights over it. But, will consider a small to medium dog who is okay with cats. References carefully checked. I have always had super renters. I return the full deposit. I hop on it, when things need to be done.
