The open application period for this unit starts on 6/8/23. Priority preference will be given first to veterans that are Jersey City residents, then to veterans that are not Jersey City veterans, then to all other Jersey City residents, then to all other non-Jersey City residents. In order to be considered for these affordable workforce housing units applicants are required to complete and submit a preliminary lottery application to Acuity Consulting Services, LLC, The Administrative Agent for this project, by 11:59pm July 8, 2023. Rhino and The Guarantors are available as a security deposit option (cost will vary depending on credit score). The lottery is anticipated to take place in mid-July 2023. Prospective tenants will be notified 5 days before the lottery with log-in information to join to view the live results.
