The location is great because the property has more space and privacy than most Seattle homes yet we're still close to everything that Seattle offers. West Seattle is just 6.5 miles away, downtown Seattle/waterfront/Pioneer Square is 9.3 miles, Fremont is 12.7 miles, SeaTac Airport is 6.1 miles, and downtown Burien (library, restaurants, shopping, Metro Bus transit center, etc..) is 2.1 miles. The closest Metro King County bus stop is a 3 minute walk away.
All utilities (except cable tv) are included, as well as free 1GB fiber wired/WiFi internet. The washer & dryer are in a shared space, just outside your door.
We own indoor/outdoor cats so in order to live here, you must feel comfortable having cats in the *shared* spaces outside of your private apartment which are: stairs, landings, laundry room, driveway, yard and back porch.
