Welcome to The Nurse's Nook, a fully furnished and private studio apartment available for monthly rental in the heart of historic Kimmswick - a very walkable, quiet little river town with many shops, restaurants and festivals. This cozy and private studio offers a private entrance just a short walk from the parking area. Upon entering, you're greeted by a comfortable queen-sized bed with Molecule luxury mattress next to a large window with black out curtains. A 40" LED Fire TV is mounted on the wall directly across from the bed. The kitchen has brand new counters and a goose neck faucet. It has a refrigerator, microwave, an apartment sized range, a coffee maker and a toaster. The kitchen comes stocked with basic spices and cooking supplies needed to get you started. The dining area has seating for two at an expandable table. The closet has two tiers of hanging space and additional shelves for storage. The bathroom is bright and features gloss tile floors and a walk-in shower. There is a laundry room on the premises with two washers and dryers and a utility sink that the unit shares with two other studios. You'll be very comfortable staying in this studio - it's just enough to suit your needs!
