Two BART stations (Orinda and Rockridge) are within a 10-minute drive, as is the UC Berkeley campus. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The bathroom is private if/when the second room is not rented and has both a waterfall and hand-held shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. One private parking space is included, along with laundry facilities. The room is available for rent immediately. Rental application and credit/background check required. Minimum 1-year lease with 2-month security deposit. A second room is available for additional rent in the same house.
A little about me: I own and live in the house with my medium-sized dog, who is very sweet and friendly. I am an artist and musician (in my spare time) and Ive tried to create a home that is a tranquil, eco-friendly oasis with vibrant colors and decor. I work from home mostly and like to go for long walks in the nearby trails with my dog.
