*Applicant Qualifications:
-Verifiable monthly income of at least 3X the rent.
-Credit score of 650+ is preferred but we will consider credit scores of 600+. Credit scores of under 600 can be considered with a co-signer and/or with an increased security deposit.
-Nothing in collections is preferred but will be considered depending on accounts and amounts.
-No prior evictions.
-Not accepting Section 8 vouchers.
-We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application)
-The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
-Submitting an application does not render automatic approval.
-Applications are reviewed in the order they were received following the FHA Guidelines
