Application Guidelines & Procedures for both units:

Non-refundable Application Fee is $30.00 and required for all occupants over the age of 18.

Applications are accepted online and on a first come first serve basis.

All applications must be fully complete to hold your place in line. Should you not submit all documents needed by the deadline, we will cancel your application and move on.

Qualifying for our property is collectively based on the following:

• Good credit history (credit score not lower than 750)

• No credit accounts in collection

• Verifiable employment required

- income must be 3x the monthly rent

- provide pay stubs, bank statements, etc.

• Three years of verifiable residency/rental history required

• No previous evictions

• If original application is not complete, you will be given 1 business day to provide all necessary documents

Once approved, you will be notified electronically. To hold the unit, a security deposit must be received within 1 business day of your approval. Should you choose to cancel for any reason, you will forfeit all or a portion of your deposit. Once the deposit is received, a Lease will be drafted and sent electronically for signature prior to coordinating your move-in.
