This is a room by room rental house! Only 1 person per room. 3/5 rooms available
There are currently dogs living here but I cannot accept anymore due to city ordinances. The dogs are very friendly, potty trained, quiet, and very well behaved. They are all kept in the basement or in backyard. They dont roam around the house without owners present and there are currently no pets on the top floor of the house which is where the vacant rooms are.
Utilities and Fiber Optic WiFi, included
Washer/dryer are available in-house
Common areas include : 2 full bathrooms, 2 entertainment rooms, 1 kitchen, laundry room, and a very large fenced in backyard
No smoking of any kind on the property
Vaping is acceptable in private rooms but not in the common areas

Landlord lives on-site
5 minute drive from Target, grocery stores, movie theater, and shopping area!
Less than 10 minutes drive from Mountain View Corridor Highway and freeways
