We lit this home up by adding TWENTY SMART recessed lights, which you can turn off/on, dim, and change colors from your cell phone or with your voice via Alexa. Youll notice many of the properties in the areas do not have recessed lighting, which results in the yellowish, dim lighting, at best.
We gave the entire house a fresh coat of paint to give it a clean, modern touch.
Your hardwood floors have been cleaned and given a wood treatment shine.
Your kitchen has newly installed white luxury, waterproof vinyl flooring and updated cabinets. We also switched out the old refrigerator and stove with newer, stainless steel appliances for you.
Love air conditioning and heat? We replaced our furnaces and air conditioning units 2 years ago so they are in a pristine condition. It may be hard to believe, but some properties in the area DO NOT offer central air. Please be mindful of that when shopping around.
