We have a gorgeous 3700sf home in the oak trees of Hillsborough with a private Living Room, Bedroom & Bath, including a huge outdoor private deck with patio cover and outdoor sectional. This area is completely private from the rest of our home. The home is in the hills but near 280 which can be heard outside but is very quiet at night. Inside the home is very quiet.
Shared area is the large kitchen and 3 car garage. You will have a dedicated driveway space and may have use of one parking space inside the garage. We have plenty of storage space both in the garage and enclosed storage room under the home. On our 2nd deck is a propane BBQ for shared use and enjoyment. You will have your own dedicated refrigerator and some dedicated shelves in the large kitchen Pantry. Laundry room is shared.
Your living room & bedroom are not furnished, however, furniture can be made available. (please refer to XTRAS below)
About us: My wife and I are a very quiet, extremely clean and respectful couple. Our home is a peaceful, safe and quiet environment. We are located at the end of a quiet street in acreage properties with a beautiful view of Crystal Spring Lake. this is paradise in the Peninsula.
VARYING LEASE TERMS AVAILABLE:
12 month Lease, not furnished, $2800/month, Deposit $2000
12 month Lease, Furnished, $3100, Deposit $3000
Month to Month not furnished, 1 month minimum. $3400/month, Deposit $2000
Month to Month furnished rental, 6 month minimum, $3400/month, Deposit $3000
EXTRAS AVAILABLE:
1. For an additional monthly cost of $300/month, we do have a 16x16 shop available for rent for your hobby, workshop or study loft. This is not a habitable space but has plenty of light and can be made into a very nice studio office space.
2. This is not a furnished unit, however, the patio is furnished for your enjoyment. Bring your own bedroom & Living room furniture and decorate to your liking. If you are interested but do not have furnishing, For an additional cost, we will furnish both rooms with the basic furniture: (Queen bed, Dresser, Couch & Loveseat or Sectional, coffee table, hutch and 50 LCD TV, new bath towels, etc... Please see Varying Lease Terms above.
3. Small house trained dog or cat allowed w/additional $500 deposit & $100/month rent.
