There is a Kroger, CVS, Ace Hardware, Captain Ds, Dunkin, Slutty Vegan and many other restaurants, bars, cafes and convenience stores as well as 2 Marta Stations within 5 minutes DRIVE/10 minutes BIKE RIDE.

Parking for 3 cars on the driveway + Ton of Street Parking available.
PROCESS: Once you are ready to move ahead, I will need you to pay a small amount as Application Fee in order to run your credit history. Once the report is positive, we will review and sign the lease!!! I will also need proof of income (2X of monthly rent)
If you are renting by room, owner will be responsible for paying utility bills (electric, water, internet and lawn mowing).
If you are renting the whole house (cheaper option), you will be responsible for paying the utility bills (electric, water, internet and lawn mowing).
Pest control and taking out garbage bins to the curb will always be tenants responsibility. Tenants will also have to get a renters insurance (usually very, very low amount)
Lease will be for 12 months with the option to RENEW by another 12 months if both the parties are aligned.
No parties allowed. Guests can stay for not more than 3 days. Not more than 16 people within in the premises at any given point of time. Any complaints from any of the neighbors will mean immediate termination of agreement.
Any pre-term termination of the agreement before the end of the 12-months period will attract a termination fee equivalent of 2 months rent.If you are renting by room, owner will be responsible for paying utility bills (electric, water, internet and lawn mowing).
