Plenty of street parking available with one overnight parking permit included in your stay.
All utilities included (electricity, water, trash, wifi).
Additional guests are welcome to visit. No overnight guests beyond maximum occupancy of 2! No large parties! Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10pm to adhere to city noise regulation ordinances.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit and is subject up to a $500 fine. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside of the unit.
No pets or animals.
No prior evictions, at least 2.5x rental income, credit score >650, no criminal history.
