NO ACCESS to main home/ kitchen, you will have your own private space. Microwave/ mini fridge is allowed in the room.
Fresno State is literally walking distance from the home. There is ample parking on the street. The exterior of the property is well-lit at night and has security cameras for additional safety. Heating and A/C also present through mini split system.
No drugs, no parties, no pets, no overnight guests. Smoking outside only, at least 10ft away from property.
Requirements:
- 3 month positive rental history (need references)
- No prior evictions
- Verifiable Income (Check stubs or bank statements)
- Decent Credit Score (will need to see credit report)
- Verifiable Identity (ID and SSI Card)
Rent: $700 per month, all utilities included except PG&E. Electric bill would be 25% of the tenants responsibility (typically $75 to $125 per month).
Deposit: $1400
