For those of you who would like to live outside the hustle and bustle of the big city to a more country living area, this home might be just right for you. This home is being rented AS IS. The home is roughly 20 miles South East of Parker. The flooring is in decent shape, however some of the carpet has some serious stains. I will be fixing the kitchen cabinets and removing debris from the yard as well. This home was left in rough shape by the previous tenants, so we will also compensate for direct expense in the improvements of the home.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOME IS BEING RENTED AS IS, meaning that you understand that there are some issues that will either be lived with or if you fix we will deduct the cost the amount from your rent! The cabinets in the kitchen do need magnetic strips to help them stay closed and there is one drawer also missing. The flooring is in decent shape however some of the carpet has stains that may need to be replaced. Therefore any betterments you make to the home with our approval, will be reimbursed via deduction in rent.. We will be replacing the carpet as well..

This home is located in the Ute Village mobile home park and offers affordable housing with a quick commute for those who live and work in the city. The park is family-friendly and immediately adjacent to the Kiowa schools, and the large lots offer ample room for yards and gardens. There is also a large fenced outdoor storage lot available for additional vehicles or campers etc.

The Ute Village trailer park does have a background vetting service that denies approval for serious felony convictions and misdemeanors. Additionally the Park does not accept anyone with recent DUI or DWAI or domestic violence issues or bad credit issues. The fee for the background check is $29.00 for each adult over the age of 18. Pets are accepted within reason and the approval of the Ute Village Trailer Park, of which only SMALL DOGS...25 pounds roughly per dog is what they are looking to achieve and nothing larger than. Also the city of Kiowa and Ute Village Trailer Park does have a restriction against ((Vicious Dogs)), not any specific breed. therefore the pets are dealt with on a case by case basis.
