This unit is located on the first floor, and has it's own entryway with a nice coat closet. The living room is large and has a nice bay window. The kitchen has updated flooring, and is a good size with room for a small table. The bathroom has nice storage, and a tub! There is also coin op laundry on site!
Resident is responsible for electricity (includes the hot water), and cable/WIFI if desired.
NO pets- sorry!
Parking for ONE vehicle, no exceptions
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
Application Process:
We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you)!
Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units!
The application takes about 2-3 days to process when all information is provided.
If your application is approved, it can be applied to any available rental that could work for you.
Leases are sent and signed electronically - security deposit due upon signing.
