Cathedral Hills 1 Bedroom - This is a wonderful find in the historic Cathedral Hills neighborhood! The apartment building is just a few blocks from Summit Avenue, where there is great biking, waking, and running paths. It is also near all of the fun restaurants of Selby Avenue: Revival, W.A.Frost, Costellos, Moscow on the Hill, La Grolla, The Happy Gnome, Mango Thai, Paisanos, and so much more. It is also right near Mississippi Market, 3 parks, YWCA Fitness, and St. Paul College. This is a quiet building with low turnover and a more middle-aged population.
Every tenant has their own dedicated parking spot in our parking lot. This is extremely beneficial, especially when the parking gets busy at night or during snow emergencies.
Lease Terms:
The lease is one year, no exceptions. Once one year is up you can renew your lease or simply go month-to-month. The Unit is available on February 1st, 2018. The unit will be leased on a first come, first serve basis...based on qualified applicants, a background check, and a credit check.
No pets. Included with the rent is: parking, garbage and recycling, water, and heat. You would pay electricity and any cable/internet you want.

Breakfast nook, stove/oven, fridge, air conditioner, cable-ready, laundry on-site, 1 storage unit per apartment. One dedicated off-street parking spot for each apartment.
