-You must be willing to provide details on any pets living in the home.
Utilities:
Tenants will be responsible for any utilities, otherwise specified in the description, that are separately metered for their home.
Water, trash, and sewage are shared between one meter or property.
We use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill that back between all units equally using square footage / bedroom number of the home.
Fees:
- Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30
- Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equaling one half of half of one rent payment.
- We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant usually costing a one time payment between $100 and $300. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry:
There is an on-site laundry facility open 24/7.
