Upon signing of the lease renter pays a fee of $100 plus $25 for each adult over 18 for condo lease application and background security check. First month rent and $200 (plus same taxes) for a "standard" move-out cleaning are due upon passing this check. Last month rent and a security deposit of $2,500 are due on the lease start date. Each subsequent monthly installment is due on the 1st of that month of lease. Free utilities (electricity/water) for thrifty and responsibl renters in high-season (ask for details).
