You rent the upstairs main house space and carport. This crafstman-style home was built in 1926. I renovated a lot thinking I'd stay there, but moved to the basement lower unit for simplicity of pet care. There is a new electrical wiring, recess lights, copper pipes, almost new washer and dryer and stove and fridge, a lot of pantry cabinets, ood floors, new paint indoors, large formal dining room that can be used as a bedroom, large bedroom with 2 closets, laundry room, large walk in closet in the living room, ibeautiful new window faux wood shutters throughout, new flood lights and ring for security.
There is no use of the backyard, I need the area. A carport is included. Small dog and cat ok.
For now we split gas, electrc and water monthly. I pay garbage.

Respectful of self, others and environment, quiet, working professional. 
Who we are:
Two activr working 60+ adults with a 5 and 11 mo.. old puppies and cat. We stay downstairs in lower unit.
