Unit is available starting July 1st, although an earlier start might be possible. Lease will go until June 30th, 2022.
First month rent and security deposit of $1095 are required with the lease agreement signature.
Pet policy: No puppies. One indoor cat or a small to medium-size dog may be considered on a case by case basis. Pets have to have up-to-date vaccinations and be spayed/neutered. A pet will require an extra $35/month rent and an additional $200 in refundable security deposit. Breed restrictions apply.
