We are three blocks from the bike path and Magoun green line T stop. 1 mile on the bike path to Davis, 1 mile to Porter, and 1 mile to Bow Market in Union Square.
There are two deeded parking spots in the driveway. Up to two pets (cats or dogs only) are allowed. No smoking. No subletting. The apartment is available May 1, 2026.
First, last, and security due before move in. Up to two pets (cats or dogs) are allowed. Landlord pays water, snow removal of the sidewalks, front and back steps, path from the sidewalk to the back steps. Tenant pays gas and electrical.
