Housemates situation Message me to apply or ask questions. Renting a shared 1 bedroom upstairs being $69.00 per week. There is 1 shared bathroom among all 3 total bedrooms. This is a week to week rental agreement. First week rent is $69.00 a week and security deposit ($75.00) before move in. No smoking. Utilities are included in rent (electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet). Landlord lives in property and is the room that will be shared with. Landlord pays for pest control quarterly and requires in house spraying (animal and human friendly). No smoking/vaping. No animals allowed except for service animals. The detached 2 Car garage is not included nor the small rv parking space. 
There is no Central AC. There is a swamp cooler downstairs in the living room but no AC in bedrooms.
