I'm a mellow, creative empty nester with bi-wife energy who values emotional safety, kindness, and positive vibes. We do have a territorial cat, so no additional pets, please.
The location is awesome. Located near Koi Piercing on the 209 bus route, a short walk to 9th and 9th, Liberty Park and SugarHouse.
The home is 420-friendly, hip, chill, and community-minded. I'm hoping for someone (or a couple) who matches the vibe—warm, grounded, collaborative—and wants to help the house feel like a home… not someone who disappears into their room like a vampire. Parties and overnight guests are welcome; but revolving-door visitors aren't the vibe.

No application fee. Come see the place and If we are comfortable with each other, I'll need proof of income (apx 3x rent), 2 personal and past landlord references, And I'll then pay for a background check.
