There is a Samsung TV with Firestick so that you can easily access your streaming services. There are two shared washers and dryers in the basement (free). There is a detached garage parking spot behind the building so that you don't have to worry about scraping off your car in the winter. There is also plenty of street parking out front.
This is my personal residence when I am not traveling for work, so I am looking for a professional who is neat and tidy and will take good care of the place in my absence. This is the ideal space for a traveling professional looking to have a city sanctuary to rest, recover, and enjoy during their time off!
