Key Management Company was founded in 1980 by W. Alan Huffman. He was joined in 1992 by his partner Anthony Catanese when Investment Resources Corporation spun off its management division and merged with Key Management. Upon the retirement of W. Alan Huffman in 2010, Anthony Catanese became President and Peter Catanese became Vice President. W. Alan Huffman is still active with Key Management Company serving as Chairman of the Board.
Since 1980, Key Management has grown to manage nearly 100 multi-unit properties, including over 5,700 residential units. Key Management now employs 2 Certified Property Managers (CPM®), 4 Certified Occupancy Specialists (COS®), and 215 employees.

Key Management is a third-party, fee management company based in Wichita, Kansas, with satellite offices in Williamsburg, Kansas, and Cameron, Missouri. We own a very small percentage of the properties we manage, unlike a private management company that typically manages an "in-house" portfolio. Fee managers work for many clients, and each owner has different preferences and a different set of needs. At Key Management, we work for clients who own a single house or duplex and for those who own large multi-family residential properties. We cannot take a "one size fits all" approach, as fee managers we must be flexible, creative, and intuitive in order to work with such a diverse portfolio to fulfill their varying needs and expectations. The properties we manage are located in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

This duplex home features 990ft² of living space, including a living room with close to a full wall of windows for a light and airy feel, a galley style kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator, and single basin sink, and a dining area, while down the hallway, you will find all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, forced air heating and air conditioning, and washer and dryer hookups finished with carpet, vinyl, and mini-blinds throughout. For your convenience, our management team is available Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with 24/7 emergency maintenance on-call for added peace of mind.
PET POLICY: Two (2) pets up to 40lbs each at maturity is permitted with a non-refundable $150 pet fee, a fully refundable $250 pet deposit, and $20 per month pet rent for each pet in the home. Some breed restrictions do apply, mostly limited to dangerous or aggressive breeds, please contact us for further information about these restrictions, or general pet policy information.
