Private bedroom and private garage in a beautiful single house 
Hi! I am renting out one private bedroom at my beautiful home. My house is a 3 level single house in an up scale/newly developed neighborhood. The private bedroom for rent is at main level with high ceiling and huge windows facing the woods. Double door closet. A full bathroom is right by the bedroom. Private car garage and entrance. The bedroom is currently furnished with a queen size bed and small furnitures. If you would like to bring in your own furnitures, I could move mine to basement. Rent includes all utilities and WIFI. cleaning ladies come clean the house once a month. There is a swimming pool and grill area in the community for residents. 5 mins drive to shopping center. 
A little bit about myself. I am a single mom with two children (8 and 11 years old) who live with me half of the week. I am looking for ONE female housemate who is quiet and clean. No drugs/smoking. No pets. No dramas. Background check will be done and income will be verified.
