I am looking for a tenant with a solid rental history who’d like to stay long term (two years or more). I’m willing to work with vouchered or section 8 tenants. My main concerns are getting tenants who won’t smoke in the house. Both the front and back door have keypad locks, no losing keys! Rent is $2000/month with a $2000 deposit.
