I am looking to rent room my 2 master bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo at the West Falls Church Metro. The condo is a 2 level townhouse style condo directly adjacent to the West Falls Church metro (you can’t get any closer) in a nice small community with a great school system. It is an easy two minute walk to the metro and nearby shopping center/restaurants, as well as the W&OD trail. The house is ideally located for easy access to 66, 495, and all major highways.
The condo is around 1150 sq. ft. with two master suites, two balconies, and a gas fireplace. There is assigned parking and plenty of parking for visitors. The amenities include a free outdoor pool. 
The rent is $2750 per month plus utilities (water is free). 
I am looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease or longer with one months security deposit. The house is available starting August 1st (a week or so early may also be feasible)
