Your bedroom would include the entire first floor - private bathroom, large closet, with additional storage space if needed. Second floor includes living room, dining room, and kitchen. Large private kitchen pantry to yourself. New carpets, wooden floors and stone finishing. Washer and dryer in building. All utilities and high speed internet included in the monthly rent. I am a very clean person, but if the house gets built up with clutter in the common areas, I will hire a maid service that will be split among the occupants. I will not run your credit, but will give an interview.
