Residential Lease Terms
1. Utilities & Services
Owner Pays For: Water, trash, and sewer services (if applicable).
Renter Responsible For: Gas, electricity, internet, and any other optional utilities (e.g., cable TV).

5. Renters Insurance

6. Maintenance Responsibilities (Renter)

Front yard landscaping (watering, weeding, etc.)
