All communal living spaces are fully furnished. Its a great mix of fun and residential– were on a quiet street just one block away from Georgia Avenue, nearby a ton of great local DC spots. Everythings super walkable, were a 5 minute walk to the Petworth metro and about a 10 minute walk to the Columbia Heights metro. Were also a short walk to CVS, Safeway, Giant, Target, and Call Your Mother, Midlands, St. Vincent, as well as other great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops!
