Verifiable income of 2.5x the rent is required. Minimum credit score is 680. Limit of up to 3 pets (2 dogs max), subject to landlord approval—breed restrictions apply. Landlord pays for water, trash, and gardening services. No smoking or vaping of any substance is permitted on the premises. Renters insurance is required with minimum liability limit of $100,000.
