I am one of the roommates helping to fill a room for the landlord.
This is a brand new house where each of us rent an individual room. I work as a software engineer and the other roommates are also all young professionals working in Seattle or Bellevue. 
The house cleaner comes once per week and scrubs the entire house, even the toilets, tubs and showers. She sanitizes the kitchen, vacuums the couch, carpet, and staircase.
The landlord also stocks up the house with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tin foil, zip lock bags, and Clorox wipes. Once again all included in your rent!
This house is a commuters dream as well; it’s is a 3 minute walk to a park and ride, and only a 20 minute bus ride to downtown Seattle(13 minute drive). We are right next to the I-5 for easy access anywhere, and it takes 4 minutes to get on the I-405. It's a 10 minute drive to SODO; we are also walking distance to the Foster Golf Course as well as walking distance to the Interurban Ave Starbucks. Costco is a 5 minute drive away too. Bellevue is a 20 minute drive away, and Kent is a 10 minute drive. It is in a super quaint and peaceful neighborhood yet super close to everything, we love it.
