I require a $2500 security deposit (fully credited towards last months rent if you give the proper 30 days notice). Looking for a mature individual whos generally the quiet type. Prefer someone who wouldnt be bringing in regular guests or visitors as this is adjacent to my own residence and I value my peace and quiet. NON-SMOKER ONLY.
